They kept us assured we would be able to move/change our holiday easily.

Not delivered after a week

Not delivered after a week. Ignored my emails and finally replied to say my order was out of stock. I do wonder if I’ll receive a refund

Poor customer service

My order only got shipped even I chased it.
My order was missing parts that I was charged for.
I emailed to say order was incomplete and a day later I was refunded without any direct communication from kids cavern.
Try speaking to your customers. You could have told me my order was missing parts so I new not to expect them and when I emailed and said it was incomplete take 2 minutes to reply, maybe apologise.
Won’t use again.
