Would definitely recommend.

A little slow to respond to queries, however good quality products. Well packed and would recommend.

Hopefully I will be able to update this with a more positive review in the very near future. Received damaged knife block yesterday, I have sent 2 emails and also tried calling but zero response. I need this damaged item to be returned and replaced before Christmas. Here’s hoping.

Yet again another nightmare performance from Yodel. Package containing alcohol left on doorstep and even worse, not even MY doorstep. Apparently driver knocked on the neighbours door and then just drove off.
I will not be ordering anything from a retailer that uses Yodel in future.

The response below about higher than normal volumes of parcels is apparently a valid excuse to leave your parcels somewhere where it shouldn’t be and to just leave it on some random doorstep somewhere in the vicinity of your house. Really

Absolutely disgusting customer service, I have been trying to get a response from this company for weeks as to why my renewal has increased by 300% as a result of an incident that occurred over 11 months ago. No claim was made by us or the third party as far as we are aware as no damage was incurred, yet all I keep being down it’s down to the underwriter who are impossible to contact. Steer well clear if you want proper customer service and a company that cares.

Great lead up to delivery with information, however when driver arrived, did not even ring the bell just proceeded to leave large cupboard box behind flower pot in clear view of the road. Really poor.

Really easy process and good prices, we have opted for the home fitting service. Really hoping the fitting is as easy and efficient as the ordering process.

Started off so well, message night before advising of delivery slot 08.40 to 10.40. Then received another message on the day of delivery saying possible 2 hour delay. Then received another saying will be delivered but outside of advised times, then nothing.
Finally got a phone call from the driver at about 6.15 informing me they would be with me in 30 minutes. Item finally delivered 6.50pm.
Delivery guys were great but what a way to run a logistics company. Delivering 10 hours later than originally advised.
