I was always very pleased with Shein but my last order experience with Shein was very disappointing. They split my order into two packages. Package 1 came without any issues but Package 2 just vanished with 6 summer dresses! I used Klarna as payment method and they forced me to pay for the Package 2 that i never got. Klarna told me to contact Shein but it is not possible to contact them its just some robot answering.

Ville ha en bra telefon men samtidigt ville inte betala mycket. Så beställde jag en Samsung s21 ultra från refurbed för en riktigt bra pris. Skick : som ny! Var lite tveksam men när jag hämtade den och såg att telefonen såg verkligen ut som ny! Man får 12 månader garanti och samtidigt bidrar man för en bättre miljö.

Har köpt en Sony plånboksfodral med lejon men blev lite besviken när jag fick den eftersom lejon motiv var inte på båda sidor utan bara på framsidan. Annars den är jättefin!

Well at first i was very mad with Yoins because i had problems with my delivery.
They send my items but my local post did not send me any notification when to come to pick it up my package! So my delivery went back to China! I was really mad!
So after i contacted Yoins Costumer Service and emailing each other probably 27 email back and forward (i must say it was really annoying) and when i asked them to resend my order back to me they told me to pay 40% of price that i've paid for my items.
I felt angry and frustrated but i've paid and you know what they really have resended my order!!!! So today i picked up my package and im really happy with my items that i've ordered! They fit me perfect and its nice quality! :)
By the way i must notice one important thing!
The updates of my delivery (where you can track your order) went to the spam email thats why i did'nt see when they send me the email that my delivery has arrived to my country. So if your local post will not send you any notification you will miss your delivery and they will send it back to the sender!
Anyway just wanna say BIG THANKS to Yoins!!!!!! You are NOT scammers!!!! and i apologise for my previous post the one that i 've already deleted. :) I will definetely order again from Yoins! 😊 👍
