Poor customer service
I received an email on the morning of my appointment to say that the technician would be with me between 14.45 - 18.45. Therefore, i went out for the morning, only to receive a call at 13.25 from the technician to say he was at my house. I asked him to wait 25 minutes, whilst I drove home. He said he could not wait, as he was on a tight schedule and had worked through his lunch. I explained that he was over an hour earlier and should wait. He said he wouldn’t and told me I would need to reschedule. It then occurred to me that I could open my car remotely, so the technician could gain access to the vehicle for the locking wheel nuts. The tyre change was completed very quickly, in fairness to the technician. None the less, I’m really annoyed about the customer service. I’ll think again before using this service.
