extremely poor customer service and no contact number

I’m extremely unhappy with the poor service from Wallbox. I been trying to reach them through their website for past few days but they haven’t responded yet. My Ev charger is showing Red light Error. I Can’t do anything except wait. They don’t have any contact number as well. They are based in Germany. I would like to say to all new joining customers, please think twice before joining them.

I’m extremely unhappy about Dyson…

I’m extremely unhappy about Dyson return items policies. I had placed an order 1505759851 on 17/05/2024 and requested for the cancellation on same day. Despite that, surprisingly I received the delivery next day. I called them for the return of same item on 20/05/2024 and I was told that it will be collected from my house next day. No one turned up for the collection, then I called again and I was told that the collection date is 31/05/2024. Finally till today I am still waiting for my money which I was told that it will be sorted asap.

I am sorry to say that but I don’t accept your apologies, holding my money for 20 days and still I have to wait for 5 more days.

Ultamodan is absolutely worst ever…

Ultamodan is absolutely worst ever company so far I faced. I placed an order on September 28 2021. Later on I started chasing my order and after few weeks, they said that sorry your item is not in stock anymore and we will refund your payment. Today is 30/10/2021 they still haven’t refunded my money
I would like to request everyone not to buy any thing from them and now I am going to take further legal action against them
I have all the proof to go against them legally
