All important excellent and friendly customer service
I have been let down by Homefuels Certas - no oil on delivery date of 13/9 and by 27/9 still not received - no human customer service, only online messages, with generic reply each time. I rang Boiler Juice to explain the situation -tank almost empty, so has been turned off - no oil therefore no heating and no cooking. Phone was answered almost immediately by a very pleasant Rhys. The call was friendly, helpful and reassuring in that I now understand Boiler Juice look to different suppliers to provide oil to their customers. If the selected supplier is not able to fulfill the order, Boiler Juice switch to another, to guarantee the customer will receive their order. There are, currently, 5 suppliers in my area with good oil supply and assured delivery - Certas are not in that 5. With my order from Boiler Juice I have paid more than the £600 (non) delivery from Homefuels would have been, but still less than Certas online. Paying £662 for £1000 litres. (opted to pay £5 extra to order over the phone) Having been a customer of Certas for over 20 years I am extremely disappointed, dissatisfied and will not use them again - instead, will opt for friendly customer service, human interaction and guaranteed delivery with Boiler Juice.
