the service I got from this company was second to none,items were very reasonably priced,delivery was fast and the help I got when I rang them was excellent,i would highly recommend them and if I ever need radiators again this is where i'll get them

just had a washing machine installed by knowhow,unfortunately I couldn't get time off from work so got my mother to meet them ,the problem was when I got home and had a look at the washing machine I found 3 dents on the front of it,currys said knowhow should not have left it like that,now we have to take photos and send god knows how many emails to try and get it replaced.....ANNOYED !!

Sorry to hear this Maurice. Did your mother not see notice the dents when it was unpackaged? Can you please email us at letusknow@TeamKnowHow.com with your address, receipt and del ref (74...) along with a pic of the machine and serial number and we can take a look for you.
