No way!

I ordered a dining room set on a Sunday night. Did not get an invoice. I wrote on their chat that they said they would reach back out to me. Heard nothing. Told them within the 48 hours I wanted to cancel. Contacted my credit card to dispute payment. The truck company called me today to tell me that they wanted to set up delivery. I told them that I had cancelled the order with Living Spaces. Got a call from them saying they had not gotten a text from me when I sent them something the next day. Heard absolutely nothing. I still have no email and if my email was incorrect, they should have received a bounce back. Not someone I would ever use to purchase from. Now they are charging me a fee for the order of $51.94. I would tell buyers to beware.

Great Travel Agent!

I have booked the majority of the many cruises I have been on through Direct Line. They have been nothing short of awesome....had a snag with this one that I am about to go on, but it appears that the employee who was the issue is no longer with the company (tells me within my booking that she is no longer there). You can earn points thought their reward program if you sign up for it.....great way to get some extra OBC! They have always been great if there is a promotion that can be qualified for or price difference. They also have a lot of their own promotions that can be combined with the ship promotions....you can end up smelling pretty nice all in all. I recommend them to anyone that is thinking of cruising....great company!

Buyer beware!

My first box was ok....not stellar in with the produce, but everything was cold. The second box I got, I ended up having to get American Express involved because the chats and call I made ended up being ignored. My box was out for delivery on a very hot day and ended up being a *delivery exceptions*. When food is being delivered, there really can be no exception....it was showing at 10 PM at night that it was out for delivery. I chatted with someone at EveryPlate several times and she kept telling me that it was out for delivery.....I told her not at 10 PM at night! It was finally delivered the next day, which was just as hot as the day before at around 4:30 because I was coming in the door as my husband was signing for the package. I called the company immediately after doing a temperature of the box which was in the danger range. The agent I spoke with was willing to give me a credit for another box, but wanted to charge me the postage for the box I got and then the next box.....she ended up rather rude. At that point, I told her I would take it up with American Express. They did get me a refund. I threw everything out because I'd rather not risk a food borne illness. I'd say definitely beware of this company. I notice that they remove feedback on their Facebook page, so it is very hard to tell how many people have really been unhappy. They need to be responsible about what they are doing when it comes to packing and shipping. I have ordered from all the major food subscriptions boxes and this one is not one I would every repeat.

Took from June to September to get my …

Took from June to September to get my order. The rug is nice, however I had to put it in the dryer in order to get it to lay flat because it was rolled up so tight. It's the design I want, but I certainly wasn't real happy with the amount of time I waited for delivery.
