Decent products, warranty issues

Decent products, but annoying that registration for the 3rd year warranty must be made within 30 days of purchase, seems unnecessary and excluded me.

DPD delivery service left power tools in the rain……

RYOBI have been badly let down by their parcel delivery service via DPD, two power tools were dropped over a gate, where they remained in the rain for 3 days despite instructions on where to deliver. A third power tools is yet undelivered and again instructions have not been followed by DPD.Unbelievably poor service level.

Very disappointed, poor service…

Very disappointed with the condiition of my car on return, clearly it was parked in a muddy field - there was mud inside the car and no apology when I pointed out the mess to the driver - he said "take a photo and complain", clearly no personal responsibility.
My handsfree telephone interface (bluetooth) had to be reset - obviously someone had been playing with the settings - why?
