It helps for a bit. Be careful with it as it can cause bruises. I used on a knee but veins had started bursting under the skin and are painful.

If there is a zero option on stars it…

If there is a zero option on stars it would be 0. But there isn't, so one has to choose 1. Southeastern is the worst from any other I used in UK. There are trains with no toilets, WHO THOUGHT TO BUY LONG TRAINS WITH NO TOILETS? IF you get off at a station where there is SUPPOSEDLY a toilet, it is always "out of order". YES SUPPOSEDLY, BECAUSE THERE ARE NO TOILETS ON MANY TRAIN STATIONS.The toilets on a train if you happen to get on one with a toilet, none of those on the train is open, if there is one open, there would be no toilet paper, no water, no soap. And that is not once or twice, it is a system for southeastern administrators who only collect bonuses without thinking of providing services.We live in a dump from 16th century. But there is a CCTV! Wow- CCTV in the primitive hygiene conditions of16c

Southern water are expensive and we do not have a choice.
Southern water are stuck to automatic answers and do not dare to s p e a k to anyone.
They are with horrible customer service, high prices to get high salaries, poor water supply as water stinks of chlorine all the time

Not sufficient customer service

There is no warning who should be careful whether can use a supplement. It is not always to say" if you are breastfeeding or are pregnant". There are elements on supplements that are not for other groups.
I fie example ordered which is advertised mainly for the content of collagen and boswellia, but when I received it, I saw that it contains rose hip, which is not good for kidneys which is my case- I avoid rose hips because I have problems kidneys. I asked whether I can return the item- Arthrofar- I never received an answer.
This is not a good customer service. Customer service apparently are non existent. There is only marketing and shipping sides.

The company is horrible

The company is horrible. If buying a product from akusoli, try to buy the product from amazon.i did not research enough and the company itself does not have a cancellation option, their so called customer support does not cancel for you, want to send the product and you return so that you pay postages again
Horrendous company. I cannot say anything about the product but the company is arrogantly unsympathetic with lack of support for buyers. Do not use the company. Be warned.

As a whole it is an average but good for emergency

The gas engineer I used a month ago was efficient. Another two for two different other jobs identified these as quote for a job to be completed but not at the moment.the last time I called them for electrician I was ripped off with a huge amount of money, the electrician changed wires and users unit too, the admin are still sending me requests for payments which I have paid and emailed them proof of it.

The mattresses are good

The mattresses are good, exactly what I wanted. Only that having registered the second one for its warranty too, I still have no t received the confirmation - 30 days after the delivery. Hence as a whole for the overall experience I am giving 3stars.
