Nothing from your side, Royal Mail are awful

Nothing from your side. Royal Mail were supposed to deliver Saturday, ended up being the following Tuesday afternoon. And this was a tracked 48 hour delivery item.

Hi James,
thank you for your order and feedback. I can see that the package was sent out on Thursday 12th March on the same day the order was placed. Correct the item was sent with Royal Mail on a tracked 48 hour service however we do advertise that a delivery attempt will be within 2-4 working days therefore a delivery Tuesday is the fourth working day and so within the time frame listed.

I understand it is frustrating that ordinarily the product should have been delivered Saturday or Monday at the very latest and so for this we do apologise for any inconvenience caused on this occasion.

If I could leave a zero star review I would.

Ordered a white and red bouquet that cost nearly £53, on the 4th Sep for delivery on the 5th Sep for my wife's 50th birthday. Didn't arrive on the 5th....Complained on the afternoon of the 5th and the lady tried to explain to me that they can only deliver on the day if it is in London. Told her time and time again that I ordered on the 4th. She offered me an upgrade of the number of roses and a free gift. The box of roses arrived at 4.30pm a day late and they are micro roses, the bunch is so so small, nothing at all like the picture on their website. I don't think I've ever seen a bunch of roses that small before. Absolutely shameful behavior from this awful company. AVOID, AVOID AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!!!

They will hold your watch to ransom of their 19% sellers fee for 12 months!!

Had a limited edition Brietling to sell. After 2 months on sale I decided to check put the website to see the watch up for sale. When I saw that they hadn’t listed the watch as a limited edition as they have a place on their site reserved for them I queried this with them. They tried to tell me that is was a special edition and not a limited edition, even though it actually says limited edition on the back!!! They eventually agreed with me. Checked the site again the following week and nothing had changed with the watch and it’s description! So feeling frustrated at their lack of response I asked for the watch back as I’d lost confidence in them selling it. I was told that the contract I had entered into was for 12 months and there would be a cancellation fee. The fee turns out to be their entire sellers fee of 19% of the value of the watch which was £500! And the only way I was going to get to see my watch again was to pay their sellers fee even though they didn’t sell it!! A bunch of crooks in the opinion.
