Unfortunately I have the same very bad experience with this company!
What a bunch of fake liars🤬never mentioned anything about shipping from China as I would never order from them. They presenting themselves as Uk company!
Now it became big headache as package apparently showing as delivered but I have never received anything. Contacted Customer support and they are very arogant saying to contact courier company to track the package like it was my responsibility 🤦🏻I have obviously requested full refund but they don’t seem to be willing to process it so difficult to communicate. I will obviously escalate this further I’m not letting them get away with it especially after reading all really bad reviews🤦🏻shame I didn’t take a time before purchasing anything from them!
I can’t say anything about quality of product as I never got my hands on it. Parcel wasn’t delivered!!!

I was very happy with the course itself and the Instructor was spot on.
The only reason for my bad review is they don’t stand their word for business.
They advertise one price on web site and when you mention only one day as I had booked another 2 days with other company locally called LGV trainers HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
Despite I have mentioned that it’s too far for me to travel to Leicester whilst I’m coming from Northampton they decided to Rio me off over £100 quid for single day and didn’t hesitate to mention it directly on the phone because you booking only one day!? Common guys wake up this not how business should be conducted and even I’ve mentioned that I’m returning customer didn’t stop you. That’s a shame and you should reconsider your business strategy.

Many thanks for your feedback, firstly thank you for the kind words on the instructor and course content we do pride ourselves in delivering an excellent service that drivers like yourself can take away positives from the sessions.
Regarding the CPC costings advertised on our website, very sorry if you do not find this to be clear. We do state 'courses available from £45.25 + vat + £8.75 upload charge'. Courses with us are indeed available from this price if you book your full CPC with us. So if you book the 35 hrs you can benefit from the low rate advertised. When you booked your course our adviser would have explained this to you and gave you the different cost for only booking the one session allowing you to make a decision if you wanted to book before making the payment.
You enjoyed your session with us so when your CPC is to be renewed we hope you will contact us so we can train you once again and you'll be in a position able to take advantage of the lower rates by booking multiple sessions.
We hope you understand and will consider changing your review to reflect your feelings of the course.
