You say left in SHED - there is NO shed at the front of

Everything I needed, I always use Boots,
however the packaging is not as good as it used to
be. I often receive boxes which are either not very well sealed or broken. The sealing tape does not
adhere well and often comes loose in transit, I have
not yet received a parcel with items missing, but one of my friends has because the box was broken.
Please can they use stronger boxes or better tape.

Always very pleased with my purchases from Coopers. Good quality items and excellent value

It wasn't great. No knock on the door or ring of the bell. Parcel left on the step, too heavy for me to lift so had to ask a friend to lift it indoors for me. Not at
all impressed!!

EVRI have usually been excellent, but not this courier,
they rang the doorbell but left the parcel on the doorstep
and drove away before I could answer the door. Not
at all satisfactory.

There is no porch, the parcel was left on the doorstep and only discovered this morning. Why can't these
people knock the door or ring the bell!!!
Only worth one star and that is because it was actually
delivered.
Had it rained overnight it would have been ruined. Fed
up with Yodel.

The driver left the parcel on the step, there were plumbers working at the house and one of them lifted
it in for me, which was fine. The driver would normally
knock or ring the bell and put the parcel inside the door, which is excellent, thank you.
