Varför lämnar ni paket i Hökarängen när…

UPPDATERING EFTER BRINGS SVAR:
Har varit i kontakt med Haupt Lakrits och de menar att inte är dom som bestämmer leveransplats, så skyll inte på er kund, mkt fult gjort. Ni har min adress, hur svårt kan det vara, dessutom finns en bring-box 100m från mig. Har dessutom försökt kontakta er fler ggr under processen vilket varit helt omöjligt. Har tyvärr ingen bil just nu, men fick hjälp att ta mig de 5km bort som paketet låg. (Helt annan tunnelbanelinje). Skärp er.

Paketet har levererats till det ombud som avsändaren valt. Tyvärr kan vi inte alltid tillmötesgå individuella önskemål när det gäller leveransplats, särskilt om valet av ombud bestäms av e-handlaren.

Bokade Kia EV Niro 460km i batteriet…

Uppdatering:

Pratade med Hertz Customer Experience Manager, Christin på telefonen idag och berättade min upplevelse av hur detta hanterats. Hertz tar detta på fullaste allvar och ser över sina rutiner inför framtiden. Ändrar därför mitt betyg till från 1/5 till 3/5.

Även den bästa i klassen kan göra fel.

Bokade Kia EV Niro 460km i batteriet ,"eller liknande". Gå inte på denna bluff. Bokade via Thrifty och hamnade hos deras partner Hertz på Bromma Flygplats. Fick en Opel Mokka med max batteri 322km, att åka 50km vid minusgrader kostade 140km, snabbladdning tar 50min -1.20. helt bedrövligt.

Hertz slår ifrån sig helt och menar att de erbjudit en bil i samma klass. Representant gjorde inget på plats, hänvisade till deras kundtjänstnummer trots att jag stod vid disk. Kul att köra runt i denna 3v
som tjänstebil. 👎🏽

Nämnde jag att de fyllt sommarvätska som spolarvätska? Kul vid -9, allt frös

Detta ständiga ringande och frågande om vägen, (Matsmart-leverans) Brings förare borde använda google maps. Har skickat karta via er funktion, också instruktion, men vad spelar det för roll om instruktionerna inte hamnar hos föraren?

Unreal own T/C on international booking site - avoid at all costs.

Booked FAB hotel in Ramayana Lucknow on Booking.com, pay on arrival.

Instantly got a mail that I should pay 25% upfront:

* Only Indian Nationals are allowed (?????????)

Also: * Visitors for our guests are allowed to stay in the hotel only till 8:00 PM.

I immidiately googled the "Only Indian Nationals are allowed" and it turns out to be true. Also found tonnes of bad reviews where foreing nationals have paid upfront and then being denied at check-in.

Avoid this chain at all costs.

AVOID AJET AT ALL COSTS.

My trip from SAW-ESB-ARN (Istanbul- Anakara- Stockholm/Sweden)

ESB-ARN was cancelled, flying out sunday 9th. No information on this canecllation, non-working app.

Was offered next flight on wednesday from ankara 12th june, no hotel, no apology and EXTREMELY rude staff at SAW airport. I fly a lot, have never been approached like this before in my life, terrible. They should be ashamed of themselves at AJET and operating staff at SAW airport.

Had to buy a new ticket with Peagsus for Stockholm SAW-ARN in order to get to work on monday.

Now im waiting for AJET to pay back my money through Got to gate / Travelstart.

I WILL NEVER EVER FLY WITH AJET AGAIN, IM NOT SURE HOW THEY ARE PERMITTED TO OPERATE AT ALL! TURKISH BANDIT COMPANY, WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO IF POSSIBLE.

ZERO POINTS AWARDED IN WORST AIRLINE.

AVOID Kenya Airways AT ALL COSTS

Kenya Airways, the pride (tribe) of Africa.

Avoid this Airline at all costs.

Booked a business trip frpn Stockholm to Zanzibar to treat myself for my 50th birthday.

The day before departure, cancellations from London to Nairobi, meaning that I would arrive 1 day later on my 10 day trip, according to customer service (phone to nairobi, (no mail, no chat), no other opitons. I found myself a route that worked, and phoned again giving them all fligh numbers etc, after aprox- 5 hrs on phone with 10 different agents (they run some kind of non working ip phone that cuts off) I was finally booked.

On returning, the flight from Zanzibar was changed, managed to fix that. The day after on my way (on my 50th birthday btw) my flight to London was cancelled. Flew through amsterdam, When flying from Amsterdam I was downgraded to economy.

On returning i noticed that my bonus points were not coming, mailed them numerous times, no answer. Finally contacted KLM , their alliance partner today, 2 months after, and resolved that. Had to flyt to london, then masterdam, then nairobi-zanzibar to reach my destination instead.

AVOID THIS AIRLINE AT ALL COSTS, NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THEY ARE. I feel really sorry for the on-board crew.

Not cheapest

Not cheapest, but reliable. I have booked with welcome pickups several times, especially when arriving at times when normal transport does not work. By doing so I have not been subject to overpricing at the airport, or in worst case scammed. OK, its a few bucks more expensive, but you wont have to haggle the first thing you do in a new country, the drivers have been very friendly and fluent in English.

Green Motion UAE Abu Dhabi is an…

Green Motion UAE Abu Dhabi is an absolute scam, trying to make up scratches on an old car that has a seen better days.

As we picked up the car, I specifically asked why they did not document the multiple damages on the car . "not neccessary" I was told. I documented all the damages myself on my phone for our own protection, which proved vital.

On returning the car, the assessor with the suitable name "Lovely" was making up scratches, pointing out scratches that were already there at the point of collecting. Also pointing out stains in the back seat, that were there at the point of collectiong the car. This ended up in a conflict, very sad way to end your stay in UAE.

I ended up forcing the manager Jetha signing a paper, where it states clearly that we have not damaged the car, this since it seems like a big scam, milking the customers.

"A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period". According to Discover Cars Agreement. Deposit shall be returned upon returning the car, Green motion ABU DHABI tells me they will hold the money 14 days. I have called AMEX about this, and they confirm they are holding this money. (Which is not as agreed).

Have still not recieved my 1500 aed deposit back, and in case this is not paid back soon Green Motion UAE will face legal action.

I get the feeling this is no safer than renting a scooter in Goa India, you will be scammed.

DO NOT USE GREEN MOTION ABU DHABI

UPDATE 17/4 2023: I HAVE CONTACTED GREEN MOTION BELOW AS THEY HAVE REQUESTED.

UPDATE 19/4 2023: NO ANSWER ON MY REPLY TO GREEN MOTION, THIS JUST SHOWS THAT THE REPLY THEY GAVE TO MY REVIEW BELOW IS A STANDARD COPY+PASTE ANSWER, JUST TO SHOW THAT THEY ARE DOING SOMETING, WHICH INFACT THEY ARE NOT.

UPDATE: 21/4 2023 GREEN MOTION HAS ANSWERED MY MAIL, AND I HAVE CONTACTED MY BANK, THE BRANCH HAVE CLEARED THE PRE-AUTHORIZATION OF THE MONEY (EVEN THOUGH THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE 14 DAYS AGO ACCORDING TO AGREEMENT WITH DISCOVERY CARS.) FUNNILY ENOUGH THEY WANT ME TO PROVE THINGS, EVEN THOUGH ITS THEM THAT HAVE KEPT MY MONEY LOCKED. AWAITING ANSWERS ON MY OTHER QUESTIONS REGARDING BREACH OF CONTRACT ON HOLDING MONEY, TRYING TO SCAM ME ON SITE IN ABU DHABI, THEIR OWN DOCUMENTATION AND PROCEDURES WHEN RENTING OUT CARS.

In order to look into this for you, can you please provide written confirmation from your bank that the deposit is still pending or has been charged.
Please be advised that pre-authorised transactions do not necessarily show as a separate transaction when they are released. The amount will just show on your available balance again.
As bank / credit card statements do not differentiate between pre-authorised transactions and charges, we cannot accept these as evidence.

You are not responding to any other concerns in my Trustpilot review regarding your outlet in Abu Dhabi?

* Your own documentation before releasing car.
* The fact that they tried scamming us on return, with made up scratches and false history.
* That you are holding money 14 days, even though Discover Cars agreement clearly stated that it shall be revoked on returning day?

As of today, there is no pre-authorization on my American express card, just checked with them, but as mentioned above it should have been lufted directly on site in accordance to agreement.

UPDATE 25/4 2023 - NO ANSWERS ON MY QUESTIONS, WHICH PROVES BELOW ANSWER ON TRUSTPILOT WAS JUST A TRICK TO SHOW THAT THEY ACTUALLY CARE - WHICH INFACT THEY DONT.

MY ADVICE IS STILL TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT HAVE SYSTEMIZED IN SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

UPDATE 27/4 BEING A FRANSCHISE YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE THAT USE YOUR BRAND. THE STATEMENT THAT MY BANK DOES NOT RELEASE UNTIL 14 DAYS IS COMPLETELY FALSE. ALSO IT CLEARLY STATES THAT IT SHALL BE RELEASED ON RETURN, NORMALLY IT TAKES 2-4 DAYS AND NOT 14.

LET ME KNOW WHAT YOUR "INVESTIGATION " RESULTS IN.

MY ADVICE IS STILL TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THAT HAVE SYSTEMIZED IN SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Update - Thank you for your update. I can confirm that our Customer Services team are still investigating this matter and will get back to you as quickly as possible. I would like to take this opportunity to confirm that as a 100% franchise-based operation, Green Motion International acts as a mediation service between our customers and our franchises. This does mean that we do require some evidence from your part as well to investigate. Furthermore, I would like to advise that the release of a pre-authorised transaction is automatic. The speed of the release is determined by the banks and not Green Motion. Thank you for your understanding.

UPDATE: Good customer service from Discover Cars, but their 3 party supplier Green Motion failed miserably, not sure whe they are even listed? Read more about Green Motion International on trustpilot before booking.

Struligt att man ej kunde välja tider…

Struligt att man ej kunde välja tider först, detta är den flexibilitiet som gör er bra, köpta via matsmart och tidigare har man kunnat välja dag. Den dag ni åkte ut var jag ej hemma. Dagen efter kom så ett nytt förslag. Detta funkade på en gång.

Se till att hålla det flexibelt i er tjänst skippa alla tilläggstjänster och ta betalt istället - det kommer göra er till den bästa tjänsten.

Krånglig kundservice, var fel på orderbekr, har mailat fram och tillbaka om detta. Meddelade detta direkt, trots detta påstår Conrad att jag har lagt felaktig order. Superkrångligt. Sämst. Vi köper aldrig grejer till företaget här igen!
