Easy to use website, good communication when placed order, prompt delivery.

I’ve used Photobox for many years and have always found their customer service excellent. I struggle with some aspects of the app but I’m able to do all that I want in creating my photo books. The quality of the finished book is always good.

We were looking for a Barcelona tour at short notice. There was a good selection and it was straightforward to book via my phone. The tour guide was excellent.

10 days after ordering a lawnmower on the advertised "free next working day delivery" I still have not received the item.

Although sometimes the editing isn’t as easy as it could be, generally the website is much improved and good to use. Delighted with recent photo books and mugs.

The Molly Maid ladies are lovely and do a good job. I can't give them 5 stars because they're just not quite as good as our previous cleaner, who sadly retired!

I saw Wype on Dragons Den and placed an order directly as a result of this. I prefer to buy direct rather than pay into Amazon's (already deep) pockets. I have been really happy with the product, the communication and delivery time.

I've just received my most recent A4 photobook from Photobox. As usual, the quality is great. This was my first time using the revamped studio to create the book. It's a great improvement and easier to use with more features.

We have had our photovoltaic panels maintained by the ESE Group for the last 4 years. We have been happy with the service they have provided. Their engineers are courteous and professional. The sales staff are quite persistant when it comes to renewing the contract! We have renewed as there are a lot of 'cowboy' companies which phone saying that they'll look after solar panels whereas ESE are established and do what they say they'll do.

This was my first visit to Prestige Flowers. The website was very easy to use. I haven't given 5 stars as I would have preferred to have known all the charges up front (eg colour message card, delivery charge) and not for my purchase to default to a higher price with me having to change it back to a lower cost product.

Alarm bells rang from placing my order with JTF as I received an order number (thank goodness I took a screenshot of it) but never received an email confirming my order. Never received a reply to an email asking about my order. A week later I got an email saying my order was going to be delivered. Two parcels arrived today (one half open) with 2 of the 6 items I'd ordered and 1 product that I didn't order.

We were delighted that the item arrived sooner than we were expecting and we were kept informed of the delivery day and time. Delivery guys were excellent. Only haven't given 5 stars because our item (a Char-Broil BBQ) had 2 marks on it.
