Great service every time. Always a great experience talking to sales staff who have great knowledge of their products and great consideration of customers. Always got what I need and quick postage with Royal Mail.attention to detail unlike others. E.g two copper washers with brake banjo bleed nipple . The customer truly comes first.

We went into the store after having spent 3 hours earlier in the day looking for a sofa in other stores all well known names. After looking online we went to the Nottingham store. We explained what we were looking for to a staff member and he showed us different sofas. And led us to what we had described . Exactly as we wanted . He was courteous and respectful carefully guiding us when working out the right colour etc. He explained buying options and was detailed and concise giving us all the relevant care information. We cannot thank him enough .

The blood test kit arrived but in using the devices to take blood my finger after following the instructions was pretty useless . I used the devices on two separate fingers but not enough blood would come out . I probably need to use about 4 or 5 fingers to get enough blood. For the cost of this test it wouldn’t be too much trouble to provide at least another two .

I didn’t find this process easy , and left me with reservations. 2 things really 1. my convictions werentvproperly shown on my policy documents I rang up questioning this and the operator told me it was fine , I still have doubts about this. 2. I tried to have monthly payments but for some reason it took one payment for 12 months . I’ve just got to live with this now.
But certainly not the seamless process that I should have experienced

The ordering system was flawless . From filling in the online form, receiving the box to send my glasses and getting them back. My sunglasses look great with their replacement lenses. I‘m so glad I just didn’t buy another pair . They’re just like new . In fact for some reason they seem better ,

For some reason my last order only included two out of 4 items . My wife has been. Waiting for hers for over a month and has had to speak to the gp’s surgery to reorder from a local chemist Totally unsatisfactory

I am very sorry to hear that your delivery was not completed as expected. I can see that you requested 3 items but unfortunately, we only received a prescription for 2 from the surgery.
It's important to understand that Pharmacy2U is simply the conduit of your request to the surgery, you decide what you wish to have prescribed and we submit this request to the surgery on your behalf. Ultimately, it is the GP's responsibility to decide what is prescribed, they could increase/decrease your prescribed quantity or add/remove any items as they see fit.
Please be aware, the Electronic Prescription Service system does not allow screening of incoming prescriptions against the original requests, it’s a one-way system only and the volume of requests we handle does not allow this to be done in reasonable time. This means that we are currently unable to compare the prescription we receive and your request for any discrepancy, however, we will email you to confirm what medication has been prescribed and we would ask that you flag any issues. Providing your order has not already been dispatched, we have the ability to cancel items from your prescription/order.
Looking at your wife's account, I can see that it was originally delayed whilst we attempted to obtain stock of a prescribed item, we were later notified this was unavailable and it had to be cancelled from the order. These other items then stared to progress but there has been a further stock issue which I am very sorry for.
We are working to have this order dispatched as soon as possible, hopefully in the next few days.

I thought awesome customer service was dead and buried until I went to DFS to look at buying a sofa. From walking into the store and being spoken to, to delivery and use of the sofa the customer service was flawless. The sales staff were considerate, not pushy and really wanted to know what I wanted. The choice in store was amazing. The details of the finance option and guarantees were explained in detail so I fully understood my options. I was kept fully updated following my order. The delivery date came and the delivery staff went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and the furniture fitted properly. Despite being under pressure as I was their first delivery they took their time and looked after me as if I was a king. All in all a great experience, being treated as a true customer. I might have even paid more !
