definetly better than last time

definetly better than last time. On time and good quality. The only reason for the 3 stars was the very poor customer service of the previous time when i bought from this company.

- very poorly handled complaint made to the situation which repeated more than once!

- Lack of internal communication between their internal teams

- contract with 3rd party services which does not seem caring for customer with emotional, physical difficulties.

AVOID IT ! if you can

AWFUL Customer services and Delivers…

AWFUL Customer services and Delivers !...Never seen a so bad managed delivery company!....Despite of several emails - with photos - they still OR dont deliver a paid product OR deliver it wrong OR dont deliver at the agreed place. In addition, the empty bottles keep piling your garden/area and are rarely collected!....

The only reason for not giving 1 start is that the products - WHEN arriving correctly - are of good quality!...

Definitely considering a different company!....

However, I am really sorry to hear that you have been having issues with your deliveries lately. I am so sorry that you have not been receiving your orders or receiving the incorrect items. This is definitely below the standard we expect to give our customers and I am so sorry that this has happened. I am also sorry to hear that your instructions have not been followed which has led to your empties not being collected. I am going to do all I can to ensure this is resolved for you.

I can see that you have reached out to us on our email numerous times recently and this was raised with your Milkie, however, I am so sorry that this has still been happening. ALMOST 5 STARS!

I am only reviewing MILTON KEYNES shop

I have been taking my family there for years and the service is fantastic!...The ice-cream delicious and the wafflers really well prepared.
I also would like to congratulate Veronica the Manager who has always been kind and running well her team of staff.

ONLY reason for not given 5 stars: The internet signal, nor mobile network signal is not good.

WILL HAPPILY KEEP COMING BACK!

I like the Trust pilot website and…

I like the Trust pilot website and regularly check the reviews written on it before buying a product,etc. The ONLY reason for not 5 stars is their process of "verifying" and become a "Verified Reviewer" as giving them the photo of my Id is something that i dont trust.

Is sad to have to give 2 stars for them…

Is sad to have to give 2 stars for them based on the lack of efficiency of costumer service, as for the product are indeed 4 stars!
I have emailed them SEVERAL times asking to remove the empty bottles, i have sent photos evidencing it but they keep pilling up. Rarely they come, remove and them takes months to do it again... POOR SERVICE!
2nd reason for 2 stars:
The delivery person sometimes leaves the full bottles, ie: milk, juice OUTSIDE of the home, despite of emails and photos with CLEAR instructions. again...POOR SERVICE!

disappointing delivery and service

The delivery guys mount the tv on the normal stand, ONLY AFTER my wife spoke with the company on the phone and was asked if they both have installed it. During installation, a lack of motivation and "raising eyebrow" attitude was sadly displayed by them. ....DISAPPOINTING

SUCH BAD SERVICE

similar to other reviews already written about this company...their service was BELOW POOR!...not reliable, no consideration to disable person as part of the family affected by the issue. It was like "passing the bucket" between them and the delivery company...like the "order was never made by DGroup!..."...USELESS company!

At the end, when asked for a financial compensation for how LATE THEY manage to deliver the fridge/freezer, i got - without surprise - a "no".

AVOID THEM IF YOU CAN!

good price and accuracy

Tried to find the very specific part for my dish washer online and after some browsing, was able to get it from them. Good price, fit perfectly after i removed my one and compared with the photo on their website.

The costumer service is…appalling!..

The costumer service is appalling!...The poor English and lack of understanding of the costumer service is beyond believe!...A simple request to check their own services of the Dragon Anywhere software and a compensation to their - paid - service which was not working for over 2 weeks took me several phone calls and emails.

It is very disappointing and sad that one of the most accurate dictation software has such poor service!

Late and Late again!!!

As you are going to be able to see the lateness shown on my pic is one of the many!!... Even when rarely the coach arrive at the right time, the coach driver just hang on the platform for over 6-8min! Thats ridiculus and a sign of poor service.

It's poor service as well, not having a policy of compensation for more than 15min delay.

I'm sorry to hear your coach is often late. While we try to operate services to schedule, we can only factor in usual traffic conditions as unexpected traffic cannot be predicted.

We regularly perform punctuality reviews so can identify where timetables need to be change and will do so if needed.

We take each case on it's own merits and will issue compensation if it is deemed appropriate.

good start, but poor ending

After being contact by one of the advisor, I was received with warmth and felt listened by the worker, however at the end of the process when another representante took over (according to him - a "Manager") the few phone calls made felt like "pushing and pressuring" to buy their products, without offering the same "welcoming attitude", nor the clear reply to an specific query. I will not use it again!
