Very pleased with product and the effort the installation team put in to resolve the issue they faced but were unable to correct. The issue is that once the table is extended the alignment of the two end pieces is not square on to the centre piece so requires the engineers to resolve the problem.

I ordered 2 cigars and only 1 turned up. There was no indication why and I don’t think it would have been picked up until I rang to enquire why only 1 was sent.

Hi Nick, thank you for your review. Nick, there can be many reasons when we are unable to install the smart meter in the property. Most important is, signal issue. If the signal strength is weak in your area, then smart meters will not work, or it can depend on your property too. If you want us to look into this further.
