Terrible Customer Service
The product is good but your customer service is very poor. I called concerning a 40% off code I received from your company. When I would try to place my order using the code, it came up as invalid. After numerous phone calls and being tranferred from one department to another, no one could assist me. I sent a message on line and received an email that someone would be touch with me shortly. Needless to say, I never heard from anyone. I decided if this was the service I received when trying to get my first preferred order, then it was not worth my time. I have since gone with another company/product and their service has been excellent.
