I am sorry that one of your items was out of stock and cancelled from your order.

Unfortunately, our website is not live so if an item is low in stock or we have no stock it can take a couple of hours for the website to update. If the order is then placed and there is no stock, the system will automatically cancel part of the order.

We appreciate your feedback, and I am sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused. I have passed this back to the relevant department to ensure that this does not occur again.
