We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the service you have received. We see that you have just had a 40 minute online chat with one of our team who addressed your comments. As they explained, delivery lead times due to circumstances beyond our control - including the global shortage of shipping capacity and raw material availability - have led to longer than expected delivery times. In addition, the volume of goods arriving into us fluctuates dramatically from week to week, and it is not always possible for us to arrange delivery to customers immediately the goods arrive.
We are currently operating at full capacity across our distribution network, offering customers delivery slots in order of when goods are received so as to be fair to everyone.
Our delivery vehicle is not 'loaned out' - we deploy our distribution team, who are operating at 100% capacity, across our entire trading area to provide the best coverage and delivery availability. In the vast majority of cases we are delivering within 7-10 days of goods arriving into our distribution centre. In your particular case, we have booked delivery for 8 days after we have recieved the order.
Once again, we apologise that this does not meet your expectations, but we can assure you that we are doing our utmost to get goods to customers as quickly as we can.
