Everyone was very professional and polite.

Snacks are ok, but you can't cancel the subscription once you started. Customer service doesn't exist. Instructions for cancellation in FAQs are lies, the buttons they're asking you to click don't exist. I'm hoping once my bank card expired and I get a new one I can get rid of this nightmare, because I can't see any other option.

Products arrived quickly. They taste nice, lovely to put in my porridge. I ordered a chocolate and banoffe pie sauce

I'm happy with the website and the delivery. My only concern is that they use a lot of plastic wrap for packing, that seemed unnecessary. Also, there's a £4.99 charge for next day delivery (there's no other delivery option), and I ordered on Friday and only received my package on Monday. I didn't mind it much, just don't call it next day delivery then. I will definitely order from them again, just not on a Friday!

I love this website! Everything I need for sewing is at one place. When you buy fabric, they will pick and send you a matching thread if you want to. Delivery is quick, even during lockdown I received it within a week. The fabrics are beautiful and very good quality.
