Paid for expedited shipping and never received item. Had to go to spirit to buy a Halloween costume 20 miles way from my home. After contacting wholehalloweencostumes they “guaranteed” I would be receiving my costume that same day but still even 1.5 weeks after Halloween it has not arrived. They are now sending me a return label with an expiration date to return the costume I still do not have. Please stay away from wholesalehalloweencostumes.com because this feels like scam and have had to dispute the issue with my bank.

I bought a small, medium, and large bowl from basis and they all came in very clean and as described. They're of a sturdy quality and they do look nice. Perhaps a bit pricey but I'm overall satisfied with its modern look.

I had a good experience purchasing the futon but an unpleasant experience having it delivered. I was excited to know the futon was arriving to my job (since I'm never home) a certain day and had scheduled a rental truck to arrange transportation after I finished to take the item to my home. I find out the futon had already been delivered somewhere so I called and the representative CESAR addressed that the incorrect item had been sent and therefore the item was being returned back to the store. He then explained the correct item would be sent to me and I would receive it in 5 business days. Now, why should I be responsible for the company sending the incorrect item and now having to wait an additional week to receive it? I was also told "just because it says it's being delivered that day does not guarantee it will be delivered that day" this made no sense first of all, and I was told "it is better that we caught the incorrect item before it was delivered to you than you having to send it back," ok this is true but is a sign of horrible customer service. When a customer is explaining to you how they now have to wait a longer time to receive the item after they have explained their schedule, you do not reply to them with that. I wanted an expedited shipping for the inconvenience or a discount for the shipment so I had him speak to his supervisors which he called his "superiors" and was never provided a name or a direct number or email for me to reach them. Cesar mentioned they would offer me a white glove service delivery; again this doesn't serve me any purpose because the futon is being delivered to my work. He had me wait on hold and came back offering a Saturday delivery... It seems to me like the staff does not comprehend that I'm rarely at my house and work Saturdays as well if needed. I have now spent a rental fee for a truck to move the item which I will not get back and have had to postpone a family/friend gathering I was having this weekend because of the inconvenience I have experienced with this company. I honestly should have spent my $813 elsewhere. For those of you reading please be careful with this companies delivery service and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
