Engineer 5 stars. Planning team 1

If I could review on just engineers and boiler I would not hesitate to give 5 stars. But the planning team are useless. On the original installation date we had a no show, no calls explaining why absolutely no communication. On the day we called BOXT 3 times and was given different excuses and just told to phone back.We had the boiler in our hall way for a week restricting access to the main entrance to our home. On the Monday morning I called asking for an explanation. I received a call later in the day from the planning team was given no explanation or apology for the inconvenience accept we will reimburse you the £50 we’d paid for a Saturday fitting. When the boiler was finally fitted the engineer did a fantastic job

16th November 2024 I was supposed to…

16th November 2024 I was supposed to have a new boiler fitted. No engineer turned up. I called Customer service 3 times and not once did they phone me back. Gave an excuse that the engineer was on another call so they couldn’t speak to him. Told to call back at 2pm if we’d had no communication, phoned back to be told the engineer department closed at 13:30. Needless to say the boiler is still in our hall way restricting access

Disgraceful

I made an online order on 06/09/23. I haven't received my order and have never had my money refunded. I have sent endless email with very little correspondence.

Great finance …

It's is a great way to purchase items that you can't afford at the time when you need them. It takes minutes to get the finance and you can spread the payments over different lengths of time to suit you needs. I have used this service for years and will continue using it.

Amazingly quick service

The member of staff that served me was Brilliant, Amar Knew exactly what to do, it only took 20 minutes from start to finish.

Disgusting

I booked a holiday in August for a short break in October. A week later something occurred and i needed to change the dates. I called Haven explained what had happened and that I needed to change the dates to the following week. I was informed that this was classed as a cancellation, I would loose £175 and the rest of the money would not be refunded but would be kept as a deposit for a future booking. I explained again that I just wanted to change the dates to the following week. Their response was to re-book to the following week I would have to pay £275. I checked the dates on the website and it was only £195. I questioned this with 3 different agents and not 1 of them have the same reason. In the end I gave up and gave the holiday to a family that was in need of a break which cost me another £20. I will never book a holiday with them again. But the family that went on the holiday had a lovely break
