Dreadful disability room

Our disabled room was not suitable for any guests let alone a disabled person, after using the shower the whole bathroom floor was under water due to the floor surface being laid incorrectly.
Which meant to use the toilet or wash hand basin you were standing in dirty water.
I emailed the hotel’s headquarters but to date not received any reply.
The hotel’s solution was to send housekeepers in after every shower day or night.
The hotel eventually gave us any non-disabled room after l made a fuss, l did come across the manager later in my stay, his attitude was - you’ve been given a new room what are you complaining about, l would expect guests are still being allocated room 23 which is very dangerous.
I did raise my query with the rep, she got the same response from management.

Very poor service

Rang 4 times, got a different price every time, then took £834 from my credit card - difficult price again, hence now insured elsewhere - RUBBISH CUSTOMER SERVICE
