Very easy to make this booking online, received the confirmation immediately and was quickly followed by the e-ticket.

I recently had a parcel shown as delivered but was clearly not delivered to my address by the photo the courier had taken. Customer services were great - resent the item and took everything up with the courier company to get this resolved. With other companies I have used this would be a long process but QVC reacted positively and instantly to get this sorted!

Work was carried out (replacement windscreen) very quickly and was a great job! Very professional service and technicians were so nice - gave us directions to a great cafe and also had a good waiting area onsite, which we didn't need to use as they were so quick! Would definitely recommend National Windscreens.

Tried to book online an after completing all the details I received a message to say it couldn;t complete the booking and an agent would call me shortly to confirm the booking. Very straightforward booking process, only small complaint would be the countdown timer - could be off putting and lead to mistakes as you rush to input all your data.

I called to enquire about a deal we had seen on Travelzoo (half expecting it to be a bit different once we actually spoke to someone!) I spoke to Bruce at Cruise2 who was not only extremely patient with all my questions but a font of knowledge about the the ship, itinerary and the best cabins to go for. It was an absolute pleasure to have him guide us through the booking process and I feel that any questions we had (or may have in future) would be answered quickly and honestly. All the paperwork on the booking was sent out quickly and is all as promised.

Delivery was a day later than originally expected but think this was more down to the supplier than DPD. Services was good and and delivery driver very professional.

Totally amazing service, very simple procedure and was very impressed with the outcome! The follow up is great too, especially providing the service of helping with the R40 form to claim back the tax on the successful claim. Would recommend Reclaim PPI in a heartbeat.

The switch from EDF to Bulb was seamless - they keep you informed every step of the way and everything was just so quick and easy. Also, just had an email from Bulb to say they are lowering their prices - just so glad I made the switch!

I was very impressed by the service delivered by the engineered who carried out the work - very professional and worked completed to a very high standard. However, the reason for the lower rating was due to the delay in the service being provided - was originally given a date with a lead time of 6 weeks and then this was extended two days before the appointment by another 2 weeks - really poor service and no apology.

Would definitely recommend Glasses Direct, very speedy service from placing the order to delivery took just 8 days - including a pair of sunglasses. Defintely worth the money.

No problems at all with a1 Travel - holiday booked very easily for a great price. Flights, transfers and accomodation all exactly as booked - no nasty surprises! Would definitely use this company again for future holidays.

After the usual 2nd year premium hike by my previous insurers its was time to do the price comparison trawl again - yawn! Hastings where by far the best option, lowest excesses "extras" and nearly £100 cheaper on premium. Really painless to switch and documents received immediately by email. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
