We were initially disappointed because the Fridge Freezer we wanted had risen in price of over 30%. However there was one of the same type in a darker finish which we opted for being £400 cheaper. We had to reschedule the delivery because of building work that was problem free. The actual delivery went well albeit the F/Frzr had to be left on the 2nd floor landing due to continued work. However the guys made sure I was clear on how to replace the doors went over it 4 times to make sure I could do it. Brilliant delivery service they through the whole process.

Great our lift is out and the guy who delivered said no problems and ran up the stairs.

Just brilliant our move on and off so many times over the last few weeks Safestore made it that much easier knowing they were available to assist us if needed. As it has turned out we now do not need use of the facility they are so understanding just saying it happens to loads of potential customer don't worry about it. Jason, Jade and all the others we dealt with have been wonderful good customer service. Rgds Bob & Wendy.

The whole process of the booking to the commencement of the use of the storage unit was so easy. Due to our moving date we were unable to give an exact start date that was no problem just confirmed after 10 days and started the following week. Excellent service.

So far by comparison with 2 other companies we have had dealings with the service from Carpetright has exceeded our expectations. Estimator came on Sunday and on time price was better than the other 2 companies just the fitting to go ahead.

The overall experience was good however half a day was wasted because of late delivery of parts 0900 eta ended as a 1500 ata. The department dealing with the delivery had no idea when or were the driver was at any time which was disappointing.
The product and fitter very very good but be aware of deliveries if they are promised for the actual day of fitting.

The whole process from order to receipt of mac was quick and stress free. The mac was everything described and I would recommend the company and its products to those looking for a quality garment delivered to their door.
