My son has just turned 18 but is still at school. He had a 16-17 Railcard, which meant his monthly season ticket cost around 57 pounds. The railcard no longer applies so we bought a 16 to 25 railcard for 80 pounds for three years, only to discover that the railcard does not apply to season tickets and does not apply to travel before 10 am making it useless for school students. His season ticket now costs 127 pounds a month which we can really not afford so how does he get to school. I think this is discriminatory because of age and should be illegal

Car got delivered as promised. My car was removed in a timely manner and the repair was superb. Everyone I have delt with was polite and professional.

Today, I switched to Octopus. I had spent the last week looking at other companies but as I have solar panels and a battery, this was the most sensible option. I was confused by all the options, and had a very patient and helpful young man Kyle, who guided me through the whole process. Even phoning me back to complete the process, when I had to finish the call by a set time. He also helped me read my meter, which was not straight forward and required a specific sequence of events to get the information.
All in all a very stress less experience, helped by the fact that there was no background noise. I felt he dealt with all my questions and I felt listened to and not hurried.

Really helpful. When I had forgotten to use the world book Day code, to get the p and p and free book, they were very obliging, and sorted it all out. Definitely recommend them
