just returned my American fridge…

just returned my American fridge freezer back loved it but fridge broke down they use company called 0800 to repair it sent men out to look at it could not do anything put report on a tablet went away good buy then ring 0800 after not getting through on the phone email no answer emailed there head office finally got a reply any way in the end man came with part turned up and said he did not know how to fit the part didn't know when some one would be coming to fit it so fed up of waiting sent it back to supplier loved the fridge freezer but would be October for replacement was without a fridge for eight weeks in this weather not good model RDXD18iVC

Do not buy this 13mp induction hob if…

Do not buy this 13mp induction hob if you want to use more than one ring at a time, read up about it as the most rings you can use is two at a time is tw and it will take you over an hour and a half to boil pan of potatoes and a pan of veg so if you want to use more than one ring at a time DO NOT BUY mine was brought in September and changed it last week as it was driving us mad nothing able to cook on it it is worth paying to have a 32amp sully putting in I have Brought another Lamina cooker but 32 amp this time and it is heaven.i like this make of hob

Thank you for your feedback, we have passed your comments on to the relevant internal teams. The 13amp LAM1802 works off a much lower amp than that of a wired in model. With this in mind it does take longer to heat up when multiple zones are used. Thank you.
