She was amazing and took her time to ensure I was purchasing the right product. I was made to feel a valued customer and will definitely be using this store now on a regular basis. I only went in for a discounted crate and ended up purchasing a much more expensive one 🤣 I guess you call that great up-selling.

Honestly, as far as insurers go. This has been the best by far for customer service.
Achoice have always aswered very quickly and the handler has always been polite and helpfull. I would reccomend Achoice 100%. I will be reccomending to my family when there up for renewal.

Not the easiest bed to build. Weak screws and requires a drill. Customer service initialy poor. Great bed though after solving the issue myself by buying proper wood screws and an eletric screwdriver. I have recieved a call since this review and they have refunded the cost of my purchases and explained the bed should have been pilot holed.
I happy with the out come and would still reccomend oak land.
