Not good
Paid after getting my quote and was then bombarded with emails asking for no claims proof which I had sent them ! Kept getting emails from different people, kept sending the proof to different people , drove me nuts !! Only great person to talk to was Michelle , who helped me to cancel my policy .

Prior to completing a purchase of insurance from our website, we advise that No Claims Discount proof will be required from our customers to validate the insurance at the price we’ve quoted; terms of acceptance are also confirmed too.
Unfortunately we are only available to accept No Claims Discount that is no longer in use elsewhere and this seems to be the reason why we’ve had to send several emails to you.
I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had to cancel your insurance with us but I’m happy that Michelle was able to help you to finalise everything, so that you can find an alternative insurance provider.
