I ordered a shirt online from Jersey d"Or. Having never heard about them I had misgivings. However, I needn't have had any; their service was fantastic. Even when I mistakenly ordered the wrong size Romabelle in their Customer Service team was brilliant. Quickly responding and swiftly sending the right size out to me. Exemplary service. Oh, and the shirt is great too

Fabulous Personal Service. I had reservations using Jersey d'Or for the first time, having never heard of them before. And they seemed to have mixed reviews. However, they were able to supply a World Cup Winners Chelsea Shirt quicker than the CFC shop. And, with me initially having ordered the wrong size I thought that would be it they contacted me and sorted my wrong ordering in double quick time. Very personable, huge professional, dead quick. Romabelle was/is brilliant. Fantastic service

Fabulous product and great service. Thanks. Through no fault of Melitta's, (DPD at fault), the coffee maker took weeks to arrive with DPD claiming no-one in at a 24 hour dedicated concierge building. But Melitta sent some free stuff to recompense and were great in helping me chase

Appalling. Diabolical. Disappointing.
We have a Concierge that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. What is so difficult about delivering there? Happens all too frequently that DPD fail to deliver. Hugely disappointing. I am convinced it's because DPD doesn't pay a fair wage to its drivers.

Lies, Damned Lies.
We pick our tribes, or they pick us, at an early age. For me it was Adidas. Who knows why, but since school it was always the 3 stripes for me. Trainers, tracks, T shirts, holdalls, collaborations, and bags- always the 3 stripes, never a Whoosh.
However, having been blatantly lied to by my favourite sports and leisure wear provider I am now seeking a divorce.
Where I live our stuff ordered online is received by a Concierge Office. Always staffed, always CCTV monitored.
Last Friday I ordered from Adidas 2 Track Suit tops for my wife and daughter respectively. Delivery promised for Sunday. On Saturday, feeling left out, I ordered one for me. On each order delivery was promised for Sunday. Just in time to wear on the Bank Holiday Monday. To my joyful surprise The Post Office delivered mine on Sunday, less than 24 hours from order.
My wife's and daughter's presents failed to arrive on the Sunday as promised. Nor did they arrive on Bank Holiday Monday.
It is now Tuesday, the other 2 Adidas tops being delivered by EVRI have still not arrived. That is disappointing.
But far worse, Adidas emailing me informing delivery couldn’t happen because no one was at home was insulting. There were at least 3 officers in the Concierge at all times throughout Sunday and Sunday night as well as throughout Monday and Monday night. And, the Concierge Office CCTV revealed no EVRI van had attempted delivery.
Blatant, intelligence insulting, deceit from lying deceitful Adidas.
So, after 40 years I am filing for divorce. Now, where’s the nearest Whoosh store, and anyone want a mens unworn Track suit top?

Never will I purchase a bed from Hypnia.
I am disappointed that the deliverers refused to carry to my bedroom at my house the mattress I bought upon delivery; instead they left it for my carer/housekeeper and me, a 68 year old pensioner to carry. Uncaring at best; allied with their disingenuous reliance upon Health & Safety regulations. They said it was on account of Health & Safety that they had to leave carrying the mattress to a pensioner and his black female carer. I wish to know what H&S regulation is the one upon which they are relying. I am not familiar with the one that says do not help black women and old age pensioners. H&S regs are not an excuse to use with vague reference to "Health & Safety" so as to not do the reasonably expected. They were delivering a mattress; where on earth do they expect it to be delivered and used; in the kitchen?
I will never buy from Hypnia again, despite needing new mattresses replaced in my other 4 bedrooms after Christmas. I wish I had purchased from the Cotswold Co. Never again Hypnia.

Brilliant Service Again From Russell.
David Clulow is a bit like swimming in the sea off the coast of Portugal; it can be hot and cold. David Clulow in Kings Road, Chelsea: utterly useless.
David Clulow in Harrods; and especially Russell: outstanding service. Patient, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. She is a billion times better than the useless manager of the Chelsea store. I will continue using Russell and David Clulow Harrods as my optician of choice; but only DC in Harrods. Thanks Russell.

Delivery Failure.

I write this with huge sadness and great disappointment. Only a matter of days after leaving Sunspel a 10/10 review, (I have been wearing Sunspel for over 60 years), Sunspel let me down.
On Saturday, and yesterday, I bought a few items from my local store, (Duke of York Square Chelsea London); and yesterday morning I bought some items, including a birthday present for my son for tomorrow. I requested that the stuff I bought online yesterday be delivered to my Cotswolds home.
Regrettably Sunspel used the legendary unhelpful DPD as its preferred delivery company. Despite my housekeeper being in, DPD failed to wait for her to answer the door. It then failed to leave the parcel with my neighbour, in accordance with my standing instructions to DPD; it failed to leave the parcel in my garage, again in accordance with my standing instructions to DPD; but it did leave the parcel at a collection point locally, as my standing instructions to DPD stipulate. For reasons known only to DPD it then returned to the local collection point and collected the parcel. DPD then took the parcel to its Gloucester depot.
I contacted DPD and it refused to deliver the parcel, even though it contains a birthday present for tomorrow. DPD refused to discuss any details and instructed me to contact Sunspel.
Upon any construction this is unreasonable and extremely disappointing service. From DPD it is expected; its service is generally unacceptably inferior to others. From Sunspel such conduct is entirely unexpected; though hugely disappointing. Wish I’d shopped at Orlebar Brown.

AVOID. Appalling service. DPD failed to deliver a birthday present on time. It did not attend my home at the agreed time; it failed to leave the parcel in my safe place as instructed; it left it at a local collection point, as instructed, for 25 minutes before recollecting it from there and sending it back to Sunspel from whom I had bought the presents. Use DPD at your peril. I will not be buying stuff from anyone who uses DPD
