Professional quality at great value
Pan, kitchen knives, dinner crockery and cutlery sets are all of fantastic quality. Dispatch was very quick and all products packed very well. The stainless steel pan set in particular is brilliant. We managed to get all of the above for the same price as Le Creuset pans only.

Easier than direct with GP
Has been excellent, bar the auto renew, parameters meant getting 4 weeks supply every 3 weeks so I ended up with months extra. Overall a great service when set own reminder to order.

Not perfect but better than traditional
The overall service would be a 5 if it wasn’t for the price inherent issue of reordering when prompted causing a 3 week repeat on a 4 week ‘prescription’ that customer services refuse to acknowledge

Brilliant bar repeat schedule glitch
All bar one element of the service is brilliant. If you order your next 28 day supply when prompted to you invariably end up in a 21 day cycle resulting in ‘storing’ an excess of tablets. I had to suspend the reminders for 8 weeks and now rely on a manual calendar as the issue still isn’t resolved. Other than that it’s brilliant and why I have stuck with P2U
