Not a pushy salesperson this was my first visit to sofology and it was made into a lovely visit and I purchased two lovely sofas that I had seen on line .

2 packages left at the incorrect address . I live at 44 and packages left at 40 in the porch . I have no idea why the packages cannot be delivered to my address . This is not the usual driver

The blind is not straight when it’s in the up position . It is in alignment on the bracket . The advice was to unpick the knots and adjust the tension . Fur a blind costing £96 I should not have to unpick the knots this should have been check by QC before it left the factory
