Installation was a tad not great from an aesthetics point of view. However when needing support the team including Mia were awesome. (Us Working from Home need tech support) They were all up on their tec re: Port Forwarding, NAT etc. Worth paying the extra £2/Month for and getting a Static IP. Thanks Guys better than EE/BT by Miles.

Caveat Emptor - "You can check out but you can never leave" as the song goes. Last year I didn't renew only to find out the subscription automatically renews unless you cancel within 28 days of the "End of Term". This year I decided to cancel 31 days before only to get responses saying (see below). They will not provide contact information for their legal team. Good luck to anyone else in the same boat.
