Enrolment issue.

Decided to enrol on life membership for £99 and paid by PayPal but was charged £103.99 (apparently this was for lifetime membership and a certificate). The payment went through but there was no acknowledgement on the Nextgen website. I had to go into chat to ask what had happened and was initially told they had not received my payment. Then sent a screenshot and it was then confirmed that I had paid. Okay, only a minor issue but it does affect my trust for your organisation if a simple transaction like this cannot be processed quickly and easily.

As we use a third-party payment gateway, similar to most e-commerce and e-learning platforms, there can occasionally be slight delays between the payment being processed and the confirmation reaching our system. This sometimes results in the payment showing on PayPal before it reflects on our platform.

We’ve confirmed that your payment has been received, and your lifetime membership (including the certificate) is fully active. We’re continuously working to make the process smoother, and your feedback helps us improve.
