Poor customer service for a defective part

I actually like this product. It works well. When it works. I bought this product and groomed my dog with great results. But then I had to recharge the Clippers and they wouldn't recharge. I contacted the company to troubleshoot and was given suggestions and instructions of what to do. I described the problem to them, sent them videos and told them what didn't work. I even sent them the order number. But then they ghosted me. I wrote them again. Got a response, received a quick response but they ghosted me again and again. All I want is a new set of clippers. The product is well-made, except for the Clippers, which are defective. No matter how good a product is if the product doesn't work after just a couple weeks it's not worth it.

It appears that some of our follow up replies were unfortunately routed to your spam or filtered folder, which made it seem like we had stopped responding.

Once we were able to reconnect and receive the remaining details needed for the replacement, your request was processed accordingly. I’m sorry for how this miscommunication came across, that is never the experience we want for you.
