I had to pay to return on item I was unhappy with and was not refunded the cost. The coin set had clearly been dropped with some force prior to final packing before shipping. There was damage to the inner packaging. A coin had shifted inside the Perspex case resulting in scratches to the case. On the plus side communication was good and shipping was fast and I got an undamaged product in the end even if I had to pay extra. Unfortunately as I had to pay extra to get the product I wanted it does not inspire me to use this company again. The quality of a company is shown by their response when things go wrong and Britannia Coins failed. It is unfortunate as now I will shop elsewhere.
