Customer service ghosted me instead of completing a return
I'm really disappointed. Customer service ghosted me after I opted for a return. They literally never followed up with the return details. When I followed up with them again, they blamed me for the delay and said the product was no longer within it's return period! Unbelievable. They haven't followed through with the return, and I feel completely manipulated as a buyer. They are in it for the income and not the service that's for sure.
