We’re very sorry for the frustration and concern this caused. Seeing an order remain in “confirmed” status without updates, especially after reaching out multiple times, is understandably upsetting.

Orders placed in late December were impacted by a temporary fulfillment delay, and during that time we also experienced a very high volume of inquiries, which led to slower response times than normal. That issue has since been fully resolved, and orders from that timeframe should have already been delivered.
