Really poor experiences with inpost

I have used inpost a good few times and had rarely any issues until the last couple of months. Recently, I've come into a few problems not receiving parcels and customer support is shockingly below satisfactory. My item went missing 29 days ago, I've been told I cannot confirm its missing for another week so I have to wait on a refund now after Xmas. I repurchased the item so that it would be here for christmas and it looks like that's gone missing too as the tracking just keeps looping and its not arrived. Im now out of pocket twice and still dont have my parcel. Support told me to stop contacting them and speak to the merchant site. This used to be a reliable and convenient way of sending/receiving parcels but I'm put off by the bad customer service that refused to update me, the fact its happened twice with the same item and the length to wait for a refund. I have also, previously received the wrong parcel and they never did find my one, I had an item delivered stating on the box it was fragile but it was smashed into pieces inside and quite often the QR doesn't scan on the lockers.
