I placed an order for two jackets on November 29th for €450, to be shipped to Spain. They still haven't arrived. I've sent emails, and they haven't offered any solution. I called their customer service, and the person who answered was not only rude but also seemed nervous, even though I'm the one who's been wronged!

They tell you that they won't refund anything until the packages are returned. How disgraceful!

It's them and their useless shipping companies who can't even deliver a simple package!

If you buy from AlphaIndustries.eu, be prepared to send emails, make calls, and be without your money for 40 to 60 days, if you're lucky.
