i ordered a shox trainers of Zalando. I received a message that it was delayed then this morning the package is damaged. How can a pair of trainers be damaged. It comes in 2 boxes. I will never order from Zalando again. I order from other shopping sites and use Evri and have never had this problem. You need to check your self-employees at Hemel 2. This is where my trainers were stolen. This is not right and these people need to be investigated and sent to jail. My hard own money and now I have to wait for my money back so I can order them again, but will order them elsewhere.
