AVOID AT ALL COSTS
My order was placed well over a month ago and is still being “processed.” I’ve been trying to get the order cancelled and refunded for the past two weeks, but their customer service representatives are absolutely useless and have done nothing except stall and waste my time. DO NOT buy anything from this site. It’s definitely a scam.

Thank you for leaving this review, even though I'm sorry it had to be written in the first place.
This was from July when we were struggling with major fulfillment delays.
Reviews like yours were a wake-up call that pushed us to make real changes - different shipping carrier, faster shipping times and better communication.
Your experience was unacceptable, and I appreciate you holding us accountable.
