Months to arrive, didn't work, still don't have a working light + out $150

I had the exact experience the May 2025 reviewer had. Ordered a light. Arrived 3 months later. Didn't work. Took 2 months for them to send me a replacement part even though they claim to be located in Maryland. By this time I was at a new address and they had to resend the replacement part *and charged me for shipping!!*. No discount on the light for the hassle either. So I spent $150 on a fancy light 5-6 months ago that still doesn't work. The pro is it really is a cool light, if it worked!

Our offices are located in the U.S. and the U.K., while our warehouse is based in Asia. All packages are shipped directly from Asia to their final destination.

Since you confirmed that the replacement parts should be sent to your original address, we proceeded with shipping accordingly.

We sincerely apologize for not clearly communicating the estimated delivery time, which unfortunately resulted in the package arriving after your move.

Regarding the $30 charge — this covered only part of the actual air freight cost, which totaled $60. We want to assure you that we did not make any profit from this fee; our intention was simply to resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.

That said, we take your feedback seriously and will work to improve our communication and service processes moving forward.
