Double charged me and refuses to make me whole
I want to inform any potential customer that I got double charged in data consumption by ProxyJet, after informing them and providing multiple logs & data about the usage which they repeatedly asked throughout 3 weeks.
They "compensated" me in little parts several times and kept delaying the full compensation basing it on still "checking". At the time being they owe me almost 2TB of datacenter proxies.
Have in mind, I based everything on data and proof (which will be provided to the dispute here) and they agreed on the double charge fact after I contacted them and shown them the issue, they did not inform me about this beforehand.
Today I asked them for a full refund, and their best offer was "500GB" to which I refused because that still scams me out of more than 1.5 TB.
I am going to open a dispute on BHW forum about this transaction(-s), but would like to also inform other users about buying from this company and potentially ending up in my place in the future.
I will be opening a chargeback with my bank as well.
