Justin, the agent who sorted my booking, was very polite and helpful. He answered my numerous queries and processed my booking very efficiently. I received the confirmation/invoice within minutes of the payment transaction. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because, as a returning customer (3rd year running), there was no discount available. Disappointing, but obviously a company policy, not down to Justin
