Will Rip You Off _ Trying To Get Money After 6 Months On Annual Subscription
In September 2023, I bought a one-year subscription from Incogni. However, soon after, they requested more money from me. When I reached out to their customer service, they resolved the issue. But now, the same problem has arisen again, and Incogni is refusing to fix it. They have made the process of verifying my subscription very difficult and time-consuming. It has been more than three days, and we have exchanged several emails. Even after providing a copy of my credit card statement and their own receipt, I had to keep sending them various documents. Interestingly, their website indicates that I have an active subscription. Although I can access my Incogni account now, the page redirects me to a payment page. All of this hassle is over a $53 one-year subscription. I hope someone in Incogni's senior leadership team reads this review and takes note of how their customer service treats their customers!
