I have not used this type of service prior to incogni. I think the price is reasonable. It is shocking to see how many groups are out there using and selling my data. My impression is that Incogni's efforts have reduced the phishing and spam e-mail I get, but I don't have hard pre and post-Cogni data to be all sciency about it. I'm not sure about the effect on spam phone calls since it is election time and those people are totally insistent and annoying. My understanding is that legally, they can annoy you as much as they want, regardless of my own or other's efforts to get them to put a lid on it.
