Terrible quality and design. They advised us on the design of the packaging, which absolutely doesn't work. In fact, the box takes our staff forever to assemble, and then the dividers that were meant to protect the products do NOT stay in place, even when the box is empty, let alone with product in it and for shipping. And when we demonstrate and show this to the manager he just says "okay, we can fix it by printing THIS other box for you, which would work, but you have to pay again." Who would order twice from a terrible company?
